I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Whenever there was a stray dog in our neighborhood growing up, everyone would bring it to our house. They knew that my family would take care of them and do everything we could to reunite them with their family. I’ve had pets my entire life, and could not imagine my life without animals. 

I began working at a veterinary clinic in my early 20’s as a kennel technician in Tallahassee, Florida. Within my first year there, I worked my way up to lead kennel tech and then eventually a veterinary assistant. In 2018 I joined a pet sitting website platform and began pet sitting to earn extra money while in college. I soon realized that I had a unique advantage over other sitters due to my background in veterinary medicine. I was one of the only sitters in town who was able to care for medically complicated animals. 

In April 2022 I moved to Macon and began working for another locally owned clinic. I quickly fell in love with vet med all over again. Shortly after moving here I began taking on clients through the pet sitting website again. Eventually, I grew disheartened with the service fees that this website charged pet owners and dedicated sitters. So I began taking on private clients and was able to charge less. Thus, Paige & Pals Pet Care was born. 

Building this business has been a labor of love, and my passion since Summer of 2023. I pride myself on providing the highest standard of care for my pals and their owners. I make it a point to build trusting relationships with each and every animal and human that I meet. Between working at the clinic and running my business, my entire life revolves around caring for animals. I consider it a great honor to provide these services for my community.
